- Is it safe ordering with Buy Weed Marijuana?
We’re one of 120+ dispensaries in Vancouver (over 200 in Canada) that are NOT operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. To qualify under the federal system, you’ll need to get a doctor’s approval and Health Canada’s permission to purchase from one of the 26 licensed producers. City Hall and VPD have allowed dispensaries to proliferate so people can safely access medicine, so long as there are no sales to minors or any gang affiliations.
There are about 20 mail order marijuana sites in Vancouver. Vancouver has been shipping weed in the mail since the 90’s and to date, we know of no-one who has ever been charged with receiving pot in the mail.
That being said, there is still a risk on both ends as we are not working with any federal approval.

How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside. - How do I place an order?
Here’s a step-by-step guide on placing your order online with Buy Weed Marijuana
- Locate the products you are interested in ordering by going to www.buyweedmarijuanaonline.com
- Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity and then click “Add to Cart”
- When you have all your products in your shopping cart and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page
- Check to see if everything looks right. If you have a coupon code, enter in the code and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready click on the green Proceed to Checkout button
- In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you
- Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order”
- On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending payment. Orders only ship after payment has been received
- Once we collect your Payment, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We’ll email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as available

- Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we do ship Worldwide. - When will my order ship?
If we receive your order and Payment by our 11am PST cutoff time, your order will ship that business day. If we receive your order and payment after 11am PST, your order will ship the next business day. - If I have never tried a product before, is it a good idea to purchase it in bulk?
The answer is no. If you have never tried a product before we highly recommend you refrain from purchasing in bulk. It is best to try a smaller amount of the product first to see if you actually like it before committing to a bigger purchase. Otherwise you will be stuck with a lot of something you don’t like. - What is your Points & Rewards Program?
For each $1 you spend with us, you will earn 1 point. For every 100 points you accumulate, you will receive a $1 discount which you can apply at check out. Alternatively, you can save up your points to use at a later time. i.e., 1000 points = $10 discount.
How do you view and apply your points?
At our Checkout page, you will see how many points you have accumulated. To use your points simply click Apply Discount and your total will automatically be adjusted based on the number of points you are redeeming. Points are accumulated only after an order has been paid for. If it is your first time purchasing with our new Points System, you will not have any existing points to apply to your order, but once your order is paid/processing, the points will be available to use on your next purchase.
- Can I add/edit/cancel my order?
If you would like to add or edit your order, you’ll need to place a new order and your original order will cancel automatically if left unpaid after three days. - What will happen to my order if I don’t submit payment
We change the status of your order to “complete” once we drop off your package to the post office. It is to show your order has been completed on our end.
To find out your expected delivery date please track you order by logging into your account and clicking on the truck icon beside your order number. This will bring you to the tracking link.

- What methods of payment do you accept?
Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency, Zelle Pay/Apple or Google Pay - Where do I find the information to send payment?
Payment details are found on the order confirmation page after you have placed your order. Please keep a copy for your records or screen shot the page so you know where to send payment.
Please note that the e-mail address to send payment changes periodically so make sure you are sending to the one on your confirmation page.
- What do I put as the security question for the Payment?
Please put your 6 digit order number as the security question. For example, “000000”
You do not need to put “Your order number 000000.”
- Do I need to notify you when I’ve sent payment?
No, it is not necessary as we already receive a notification to our inbox from your bank when the Payment is sent to us.
If you do not receive a payment confirmation e-mail from us after 24 hours, it means that your bank may have placed a hold on the transfer and is waiting for you to verify payment, or you sent the payment to an incorrect e-mail address. Please ensure accuracy in the transfer details and please note our email address changes periodically without notice.
Please allow more time for Payment sent over the weekend to be deposited.
- Why is my Order on Hold?
All orders are placed “on hold” until payment has been accepted. - What are the shipping fees?
Shipping on orders under $99 will be subject to a $25 shipping Fee.
Orders over $99 will have FREE SHIPPING via Canada Post Xpresspost (2-3 business days to most parts of USA & Canada)
Your delivery is guaranteed except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec and Norway House, MB, or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address or request no signature required).
- My shatter turned to wax. Now what?
Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an payment. Your order will be kept On Hold until we receive your payment. If we do not receive your payment within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.
Shipping
- What happens if I don’t get my package?
If you do not get your package 3 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with the Shipping Agency.
If a trace is filed, The shipping agency will conduct an investigation (which can take 5-7 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. Please see our Terms and Conditions regarding unrecoverable packages.
Please note we are not responsible for postal delays nor are we responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders with an incorrect shipping address will not be replaced
Packages that state delivered are not covered by our team, this is likely due to theft in the household or neighbors(Highly recommended for signature required) Letters of seizures to high risk areas are also not covered, please pay attention to our list of high-risk areas.
We do not cover any seized packages to high risk areas, even if a letter is received stating it was undeliverable goods. - What happens if I don’t choose signature required and my package is lost?
Packages that are lost without signature required are not covered from our team. It is highly recommended to have signature required for parcels for the reason of theft and possible delivery errors. - Shipping Agency says ‘Successfully Delivered’ but I have not received my order
There are 2 likely scenarios:
a) the postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or
b) what often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Shipping Agency will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. Please see our Terms and Conditions regarding unrecoverable packages.
From Shipping Agency
The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked:
- with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf;
- their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key;
- around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home.
In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you cannot locate the item using the tips above, please allow 24 hours for updates or final delivery.
- My package is going to the wrong destination
If you’re tracking your package on the Shipping agency’s website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Shipping agency. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days. - Shipping Agency tracking information has not updated recently
If you’re tracking your package on Shipping Agency’s website and it has not updated in sometime, it’s most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common.
More often than not, members get their packages on time or a day later. If you do not receive it 2 days after your expected date, let us know so we can file a trace with the post office.
- My tracking number does not work. Help!
First, please make sure you track your order on a device other than your mobile phone, such as a desktop, as our website is not compatible across all mobile devices.
Try copying and pasting the tracking # onto shipping agency’s website instead of clicking on the direct link.
- Where is my tracking number?
Please allow up to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your tracking # to be sent via e-mail after having received your payment confirmation e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail with a tracking number, login to your Buy Weed Marijuana account and see if there is a truck icon beside your order number. This icon indicates your order has been shipped and clicking it will bring you to your tracking link.
If your tracking # has not been updated after 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after having received your payment confirmation e-mail, there’s a slight chance we may have missed your order so please contact us right away to ensure we process and send your order.
Also, please wait until the end of day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email info@buyweedmarijuanaonline.com and we will look into it.
- Will my order arrive in 2-3 days through Xpress Post?
The delivery times are estimated by Shipping agencies and they are our sole method of delivery. Shipping times vary dependent on your location within USA & Canada as CP requires more time and reduces deliveries to smaller towns/rural areas. Canada Post may also experience delays due to weather.
For instance, Canada Posts website states: “Delivery standards apply to items sent between most major urban centres and are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions and other factors. Other terms and conditions apply.”
Packages to Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Newfoundland are not guaranteed by Canada Post and other shipping agencies. As a result, we are unable to offer a guarantee to our customers from those areas either.
